Do I need a photo for Upscale for Print?
Yes. Upload a reference photo before generating. Use an image you have permission to edit.
How many credits does one run cost?
The default model, Recraft Crisp Upscale, costs 3 credits per run. Changing the model changes the cost shown in the generator.
Can I change the preset?
Yes. You can edit the prompt and model settings. AI results vary; a preset describes the intended effect and does not guarantee an exact result.
Am I charged if a generation fails?
Requests rejected before task admission are not charged. When a task finally fails, the system releases reserved credits against its original debit record. Check the task and credit records for the settled balance. A status-query error alone is not a final task failure; task credit releases are not payment or subscription cash refunds.
